EPiK Meeting November 2014

On November 5^th 2014, the Ministry of Education held its second Education Partners in Kiribati (EPiK) meeting for the year at the Marine Training Centre, Betio. EPiK membership consists of executive officers in the Ministry for Education, other relevant government departments, development partners and community groups.

EPiK is an evolving strategy for the Ministry of Education to manage the change agenda it has committed to in the Education Sector Strategic Plan (2012-15). This meeting displayed the maturing and evolving partnership between all stakeholders who invest in the Education of the children of Kiribati.

The Ministry thanks the representatives of the other government department that they rely on to support them in their delivery of services, and the development partners who generously support activities to improve educational outcomes for children.

This EPiK was considered one of the ‘best ever’ and we sincerely thank all participants.

The next EPiK is planned for April 2015.
